Opened on 30th October 2009 Tom’s Champagne Bar, named after Thomas Kendal — the store’s founder in 1836, serves a range of coffee drinks, over a dozen champagnes, led by Mumm and Bel Époque. Slattery’s Cakes will be supplier of the sweeter side of things with patisserie and chocolates.
