Shot at The Big Shed Studios in Manchester, with a top film crew and actor, we filmed this is one day. Post production and 2D After Effects and 3D Studio Max work was finished after the shoot. The 3D models were created before filming and the 3D artist was involved in pre-production and attended the shoot. This was the most cost-effective way to ensure no difficult post-production work was needed to compensate for footage that did not correspond to the animation.
The storyboard was created and followed and aspects that could not be shot in real film, were picked up with animation. At the end of these sequences, the animation blended back into real life footage.
