Come Together at Busaba Eathai and enjoy ‘Bangkok’s exploding culinary scene’ with tray after tray of delicious street snacks. Busaba Eathai marked its premiere opening of its first Manchester restaurant last night with a funky and chilled, yet lively, launch party inspired by Thailand’s vibrant Temple Fairs.
The venue was full and Pocket Manchester, as always, scooped the exclusive – filming everything from the amazing food, to the bass, guitar and vocals strip down amazing live band, to the chefs producing the finest Thai food in Manchester.
Busaba Eathai, which was founded in 1999 by the master restaurateur, Alan Yau OBE (he was the brains behind Wagamama), is now open to the public.
