Through Equity Choice, Equity Living, Equity Select and the Equity Foundation the Group provides a range of services that make a difference to peoples lives. We manage over 4500 homes available for rent and for shared ownership. We have over 30 years expertise in providing shared ownership and are continuing to create pioneering new ways for people to own their own homes.
We build communities as well as homes, making them safe and enjoyable places to live and at all times we aim to provide excellent customer service. Through our Foundation we are providing funding and practical support for communities, supporting initiatives to tackle worklessness and improve health. We call it ‘Inspired Living’ and thanks to the help of our partners, our people and our customers, we are continuing to deliver an inspiring future that fits all.
